This solution was developed following a large-scale theft during a shipment from Mexico to China. Many clients only recognize the severity of the risks when they are directly impacted. While insurance covers financial losses, claims take months or years to process, and the delays cause significant inconvenience. Our client’s goal was to mitigate risks before they occur and expedite insurance claims by providing irrefutable evidence in the event of a breach.

In the second phase, total touchpoints increased to 11,092, and social media once again dominated with 46 conversions out of a total of 54. This marked a significant improvement in lead generation and conversion success.
